If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, you will need to send an email to email@example.com mentioning your Order ID.
Depending upon when we receive the cancellation request, we will process it as per the below policy:
- If you cancel your order before your ordered items have been procured:
- We will refund the entire amount without deducting any processing charges
- If you cancel your order after your ordered items have been procured but not shipped:
- We will refund the amount after deducting 50% processing fees. Before that we will be informing you so that if you change your mind decide not to cancel we will ship your original order.
- If you cancel your order after your ordered items have been shipped:
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the amount in this case.
- For Pick-Up ONLY: If the customer places the order and DOES NOT PICK IT UP, the “CUSTOMER” is fully liable for that invoice. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
NOTE: Our cut-off timing is 9:30am. Kindly intimate us accordingly!

Refunds will be made in the same form of the received payment within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation of order.
Kindly note if:
- Perishable Items:
- There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items, unless an error has been made with your order. In the event that an error has been made, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will try our best to remedy the situation.
- Any attempts to return/refund/exchange perishable items after the 30 minute time period expires will not be entertained.
- Packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery:
- Please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID.
We will exchange it with a fresh package at no extra cost. However, there will be no refund in this case.
- We are not able to deliver the ordered items:
- We will contact you in case we are not able to deliver the ordered items. If you ask for a refund, we will refund the entire amount. Alternately, we can deliver some other item that is available at the same rate, post your concurrence.
- Product delivered is not what you have ordered:
- In that case first accept our apologies.
Let us know immediately by sending an email to email@example.com mentioning your Order Id and tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange.
We will refund the entire amount if you want or send you your ordered items once again at no extra cost.

- Ordered item are spoilt when received: - While we have taken many steps to ensure the products reach you in a proper state, in the unfortunate event that the items reaches you spoilt, please contact us immediately mentioning your Order Id. we are there for your help!
- We will refund the entire amount to you if you want or send you your ordered items once again at no extra cost subject to the following conditions. (You need to inform us within 2-3 hours of receiving the items. If you inform us after 3 hours from receiving the item, we will not be able to process the request.
- If there is delay in receipt because it could not be delivered at the first attempt due to non-availability at home, we will not be responsible for the items getting spoil and no refund will be made.
- In case a delivery deferral is requested after the products are already shipped, we will not be processing the request and no be responsible in case ordered items perish. There will be no refund in this case too.
So, we humbly request you to honor our Refunding conditions and clearly go through the norms before placing the order.
